Kelly is a songwriter, arranger, producer, and recording artist based in the Pacific Northwest.

Kelly has been writing inspirational songs for the past 30 years, many of which have been published by Vineyard Publishing starting in the early 90′s. He is best known for writing “Draw Me Close (to You)” which has been on literally hundreds of recordings since first published in 1994. He also self publishes through KelSongs.

He has done session work on many recordings for Vineyard Music, most notably for worship recording artists Andy Park and Brian Doerksen. He continues to do session work for a variety of projects out of his own Avondale Studios as well as around the Northwest.

As a recording artist, Kelly performed vocally on inspirational songs for a variety of projects in the 1990′s. This past decade, in addition to his studio work, he has focused on writing and arranging instrumental music. His piano instrumental “Draw Me Close” was originally targeted for meditation and contemplation, but has proved beneficial for a wider range of applications, such as mind/body disciplines, educational therapy, physical therapy, massage, and other healing and wellness applications.

Kelly assists various local projects and organizations: Recovery Cafe, Turning Point, Go the 2nd Mile, and Vineyard Community Church, all of which focus on providing care and compassion to the poor and the marginalized, locally and globally.
